We work with some of our clients on a daily basis, and some we haven't heard from in months. Several different support packages are available to meet your needs.

We will help you choose the right options for your required support.  We work on a curve so that the less help you need over time, the less you'll pay.  Why pay us for your hard work?

For now we are working together with our clients to decide what sort of support they require and the rate they pay, as our most basic web packages include the basic support you require.  Some clients are eager to learn our system so that they can manage as much of their site as possible. Others do not have the time to learn something new and are happy enough to pay us to do it for them.  This leaves our support open ended and customizable to each client.  You tell us how fast you want to learn, and we'll show you how fast you can start saving money.

A good example is an eCommerce site which requires more support.  We work monthly training sessions into your package to help you learn your new system for doing business online.  Our training and resource center is being built over the next 6 months and will become available to all our clients by 2010.

 All of our packages and hosting include a moderate level of support for bug fixing, server upgrades and security.  The internet is a constantly changing system that requires plenty of behind the scenes work on our part that keeps you safe and up to date.

If you are someone who needs weekly or monthly updates and changes to your site you can expect to pay anywhere from $300-$3000 per year depending on how demanding your business is on our staff.  All of this works out into monthly payments on a customized system that suits your requirements.
